Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or store credit.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at info@cozybabywear.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos or videos if applicable. Our customer support will review your request within 1-2 business days.
Return Shipping:
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions. For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For returns due to personal reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Final Sale - Non-returnable items include:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items damaged by customer misuse
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receipt at info@cozybabywear.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, email us within 30 days of your purchase. We offer free size exchanges (1 per order) for eligible items.
Please Note: Items purchased on sale (25% off or more) are not eligible for exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
Note: Refunds do not include original shipping costs. If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider. If issues persist, contact us directly.
Order Cancellations
We can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@cozybabywear.com. Once the item has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Shipping Fees
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping for personal reasons (wrong size, changed mind, etc.) is at the customer’s expense.
Gift Returns & Gift Cards
Gift returns are eligible for store credit only. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
